JO'S GEMS

PEDIGREED RABBITS

SALES POLICY.......:

Rabbits are not considered sold until full cash price has been received by me. If you choose to purchase a bunny from me, I will place your choice in "PENDING" for a maximum of 7 days on my website, after which if I have not received a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, the bunny will be offered for sale to others. Once the deposit has been received, the rabbit will be marked "RESERVED" on our website. If you change your mind, the deposit may be applied to another rabbit only and NO REFUND given.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale at anytime for any reason.

Pick up and Delivery:

The pick up of the animal is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be completed within 2 weeks from the time of purchase. After 2 weeks there is $1.00 a day boarding fee. Arrangements may be made to deliver your purchase to one of the shows that we attend if this is convenient to you. Rabbit will be paid in full prior to the show.

Health Commitment:

I assure that all bunnies offered for sale are free of illness when leaving my home. I do not quarantee against injury or intestinal complications (ie. diarrhea/enteritis) once you take delivery of your bunny. To help with an easy transition, you will receive a package of pelleted food  for each bunny under the age of 12 weeks.

Quality of Rabbits:

The following are definitions of the terms used on this page:

Show quality:

This rabbit will be free of disqualifications at the time of sale. I do not quarantee that it will become a Grand Champion although it should  be a worthy competitor on the show table. Complete pedigree provided(UNLESS STATED).

Breeding Quality:

This rabbit may have a minor DQ (such as a missing or white toenail, broken or missing tail, etc.) but should be worthy of passing on quality traits to its descendants. This rabbit may be showable but have a fault that probably would prevent it from showing well. Complete pedigree provided (UNLESS STATED).

Pet/Wooler:

This rabbit would make a wonderful pet and is a good representative of its breed but is not showable  and/or has faults that would not be desirable to breed into your herd. It's wool is suitable for spinning. NO pedigree provided.
